This one is a rare find. I called for a quote on replacement of our hot water heater. Indirect fired unit, running off our oil furnace. Left a message, my call was returned in 15 minutes, by a courteous, friendly, and professional guy. I had the model numbers I needed from a previous quote, so he called his suppliers and called me back in another 15 minutes with a number for each option. I hired him on the spot based on his price being almost a thousand dollars lower than his competition. And he was NOT competing against Heritage. He arrived promptly on the day we agreed, did the work quickly, efficiently, professionally, and with high quality. It turns out he misspoke and quoted me a price that was a little lower than he intended, but honored his quote with no protest of any kind. Like I said, this one is rare. Even if he's higher than your other quotes, you'd do well to do business here. He's earned a customer for life.
